• All of our items are truly custom built to order. This means that we will
  accommodate those little things! Whether it's a custom cutout, matching a particular trim or finish, or any other request, we do our best to accommodate each customers needs. We actually enjoy our work and encourage different design ideas and will work with you to get your project done exactly how you want it, whether your placing a large multi-piece order or just a single small item. Each piece is hand made to accommodate each customers tastes and desired details.
• All or our products are sent pre-finished. A lot of times people underestimate how much work it actually takes to finish an item and think they will save money by purchasing an item unfinished. . It would actually be much more economical for us to offer our items "ready to finish", but feel our customers are getting a much better value and higher quality finished product when the items they purchase are professionally finished. Take one of our paint grade radiator covers for instance; After we build your cover, it is then sanded and any imperfections are filled before priming. The primer is then sanded and another coat of primer is applied, before being sanded once more. Finally three coats of a professional grade lacquer or enamel are applied using a hvlp spray system. This is then left to cure for two days before undergoing a final buff. This not only saves our customers time, but provides a much higher quality finish than what can be achieved with a brush! This combined with an almost unlimited number of options as far as color and sheen, gives you the best possible value. Most of the time and effort spent on each piece is spent on the finishing, where it counts!
• Orders placed within 30 miles of Rockland, MA will be delivered free of charge, fully assembled. Installation is also available for either a nominal fee, but more likely free of charge on most orders. To keep shipping costs down, most standard radiator cover orders are shipped "flat packed" ready to assemble. Shipping cariers such as UPS price their shipments by the girth of a package. Flat packing keeps these rates to affordable levels. Often times what our customers pay for shipping is still less than the actual cost to ship, especialy after packaging is considered. Assembly only takes a few minutes using just a phillips head screwdriver. Each cover is pre-assembled before leaving our hands to assure a perfect fit! Assembly and installation instructions are included with every order, as well as the hardware needed to install.
